Pathogenetic approaches to elimination of dyspeptic syndrome in pancreatic insufficiency

Inclusion of domperidone (Motorix produced by “Kyiv Vitamin Factory”) and drug containing Bacillus clausii to the standard therapy in patients with chronic pancreatitis reduces severity of clinical manifestations of the disease. Bright benefits of this treatment complex exert as relief of pain and dyspeptic syndromes, elimination of symptoms of intestinal indigestion. This combined treatment significantly optimizes exocrinous function of the pancreas than only standard therapy. Domperidone (Motorix) significantly accelerates slow evacuation from stomach in patients with chronic pancreatitis.
