Irritable bowel syndrome

The article considers etiopathogenic factors, diagnostic criteria, clinical symptoms and basic principles of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) treatment in children. The results of successful clinical use of drugs Motorix, Defenorm and Artihol (produced by “Kyiv Vitamin Factory”) in treatment of patients with this pathology are discussed. The article also focuses on mechanisms of action of these drugs, their composition and absence of side effects.
