 Ways to optimize conservative therapy for dysuric disorders

The article presents the main approaches to the management of patients with an overactive bladder. The first line of therapy in this category of patients is the use of M-anticholinergics, in particular solifenacin succinate (Nigisem) due to its selectivity, effectiveness and safety, proven in a number of clinical studies.
