Pathogenetic approach to headache treatment in patients with venous dystesion in initial chronic cerebral ischemia
In a study the effectiveness of vascular headaches treatment with drug Normoven in patients with initial hypertensive dyscirculatory encephalopathy was studied. Normoven makes positive effect on the severity and quantitative representation of all variants of vascular cephalgia in initial dyscirculatory encephalopathy. The effectiveness of complex treatment is higher with respect to all main mechanisms of vascular pain. Influence of Normoven of venous mechanism of headache is associated with its positive impact not only on blood but on venous circulation. Adding of Normoven leads to hypoxia reduction, a more pronounced normalization of blood vascular tone and venous outflow that normalizes arterial and venous characteristics.
