Treatment of essential hypertension in adult patients with blood pressure adequately controlled by a combination of amlodipine, valsartan, and hydrochlorothiazide, administered as three separate medications or as two medications, one of which is a combination product.
Composition.
Active substances: amlodipine, valsartan, hydrochlorothiazide;
Each 10 mg/160 mg/12.5 mg tablet contains: amlodipine besilate 13.87 mg, equivalent to 10 mg of amlodipine; valsartan 160 mg; hydrochlorothiazide 12.5 mg;
excipients: microcrystalline cellulose, crospovidone, colloidal anhydrous silica, magnesium stearate;
coating: Opadry II Orange 32F230000 film-coating mixture (hypromellose (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose); lactose monohydrate; titanium dioxide (E 171); polyethylene glycol (macrogol); yellow iron oxide (E 172); red iron oxide (E 172)).
