Indications for use
Adults
- Spastic hypertonicity of striated muscles in multiple sclerosis.
- Spastic muscle hypertonicity in diseases of the spinal cord of infectious, degenerative, traumatic, neoplastic or unknown etiology: for example, spastic spinal paralysis, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, syringomyelia, transverse myelitis, traumatic paraplegia or paraparesis, spinal cord compression conditions.
- Spastic muscle hypertonicity of cerebral origin, especially in cases of infantile encephalopathy, as well as after cerebral vasculopathy or in brain diseases of neoplastic or degenerative origin.
Children (0-18 years)
- For the symptomatic treatment of spastic conditions of cerebral genesis resulting from infantile cerebral palsy, as well as due to impaired cerebral circulation or in the presence of neoplastic or degenerative brain pathology.
- For the symptomatic treatment of muscle spasticity resulting from infection and diseases of the spinal cord of infectious, degenerative, traumatic, neoplastic or unknown origin, such as multiple sclerosis, spastic spinal paralysis, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, syringomyelia, transverse myelitis, traumatic paraplegia or paraparesis and spinal cord compression.
